Books will be mailed via USPS Media Mail.  Shipping and handling costs are $3.99 per shipment, plus $1.00 for each additional book.  Shipping is free for orders of 10 or more books.  Books will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of order.  They will arrive 5-10 business days after ship date.
